  2. Nice collection of pictures. Where were the pics of the stills for the short films from? They look like they are out of a book.

    Have a good weekend.

  3. ...I think the pics in question are from the wickedawesome book, 'The films of Ginger Rogers' by Homer Dickens... if you ever see one on eBay (they are not too 'rare'...I have two copies...my Ma has one of them), pop on it! It is really the most detailed and informative tome regarding Ginger's career - although there are a few 'errors', as in any book of that type...

Jersey? There's a 'preferred' Jersey? :-) I know nothing of the Jersey in the Mother Country, but have driven thru New Jersey...and actually was pretty cool... the turnpike was great!

Thanks for the awesome pics, Kat!!!

    KIG!

    1. pretty sure your right on the book front, white book right? I have a similar one of Fred

Jersey is one of the Channel Islands, they are Crown Dependencies but otherwise not technically part of the UK although they use the same currency! The preferred Jersey would be the 'New' one! Although this one is very pretty

    2. well, I have hardback copy which unfortunately does not have the dust cover, but I think I've seen pics of it, and I believe it was white with photos on it...and I have a 'softcover' edition which has a bright purple cover...heck, not too far off from your background here!

well, NJ usually gets a 'bad rap', for whatever reason...not all that sure why... It's probably the New York-New Jersey back and forth... but it seemed pretty cool to me.

Weird about the different levels y'all have for areas... territories, commonwealths, and dependencies? I need to read up on all of that... history is cool!

      KIG, Kat!!!
